TEHRAN - The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) has officially announced that Iran’s rising star, Benyamin Faraji, has earned qualification for the 2026 Youth Olympic Games.
The ITTF confirmed Faraji’s place in the event following his impressive run over the past season.
Faraji clinched a bronze medal at the 2025 Asian Youth Games in Bahrain and finished among the world’s top 10 players in the under 19 ITTF rankings—achievements that sealed his Olympic ticket.
The fourth edition of the Youth Olympic Games will take place from October 30 to November 16, 2026, hosted by Senegal across its three cities: Dakar, Diamniadio, and Saly.
